Everyone loves soft furnishings these days: a scatter cushion here, a puddled drape there. “A threw or two on the cooch, Prue.” But sometimes I just feel like hitting the hard stuff, so I turn to tiles.
“Tiles are essentially flat pieces of fired clay you stick to your walls,” says renowned German industrial designer, Konstantin Grcic. “But they also have great potential to define a space, create atmosphere and character.”
