How Omnia by Durbach Block Jaggers redefines Sydney's Kings Cross

Once in place, a beautiful building seems effortless, like it's always been there.
In the case of Omnia, a 20-storey apartment building just emerged from under wraps at the Kings Cross intersection in Sydney, it started with a coloured pencil drawing by architect Neil Durbach in one of his many black sketchbooks. It resembles nothing more than an hourglass, and it is this image that guided the project.
