When Richard Roxburgh stars as Prospero in Sydney Theatre Company’s The Tempest this November, it will be his first time in a William Shakespeare play since 1995.

For classically trained, critically acclaimed actors like Roxburgh, the Bard’s soliloquies are a pinnacle of their craft which they usually like to attempt more regularly than that.
