Self-storage books $7m buy
Reed International Books Australia has sold two vacant industrial sites in Marrickville, Sydney, to Metro Storage Group for $7.15 million. The properties are about 8 kilometres south-west of the Sydney CBD and feature an older-style 7276 square metre warehouse along with offices, eight loading docks and a parking area. CB Richard Ellis manager Ari Danas said Metro Storage Group intended to occupy the properties and convert them into a self-storage facility.
