Joyce acquisitions part of strategic growth plan
Perth-based Joyce Corporation has recently expanded its portfolio of business activities with the acquisition of two businesses, Davison Industries and Davison Oils.
The purchases, partly financed by the sale of Joyce's rights to a future income stream to County Natwest Australia Investment Management for a profit of $11.8 million, are part of a $20 million strategic growth and reorganisation program.
