Qantas has responded to growing pressure from the competition regulator, making it easier for customers to redeem flight credits or get a refund for bookings put on hold during the pandemic.
The airline launched a feature that will make it easier to find, redeem or refund flight credits, after angry customers took their complaints to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, making Qantas the most complained about company in Australia last year.
