Formula One slipstream revs up $1b group as EVs beckon
A $1 billion ASX-listed company that makes hi-tech cooling systems fitted to all cars competing in the Australian Formula One Grand Prix on Sunday says a United Kingdom expansion will enable the group to better tap into the global electric vehicle market.
Kees Weel, chief executive of PWR Holdings, says the Formula One car technology has been behind a series of spin-off products helping the company to make strong headway in supplying cooling systems for electric vehicles, and the defence and aerospace industries.
