Janus Electric, a manufacturer of batteries used to convert large diesel-powered trucks to electric, is headed for the ASX through a reverse takeover with the backing of veteran investors David Paradice and Ashok Jacob.
Janus, run by former Citi banker Ian Campbell, hopes to raise between $8 million and $10 million. It will use the shell of ReNu Energy, a hydrogen investor with a market capitalisation of $2 million, to list on the ASX.
