Travellers are finding themselves sandwiched when seeking refunds for trips cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, with confusion about who has their money.
Travel agencies have told customers they will pass on refunds when the cash is received from suppliers, such as airlines, cruise lines or hotels.
