TPG Telecom and Vodafone Hutchison Australia have been given the green light to merge, after the Federal Court over-ruled the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission's decision to block the merger.
The merger must now get the green light from the Foreign Investment Review Board and a US regulator. Arinseh Housipan
