Expert360 founder Bridget Loudon has become the youngest independent director of an ASX top 200 company after joining Telstra's board on Tuesday.

The entrepreneur, who founded the employment marketplace for skilled non-permanent professionals in 2013, is 32, making her decades younger than most directors of ASX-listed companies and 23 years younger than Craig Dunn, the previous youngest Telstra board member.
