Bellamy's first-half profit falls by half
Bellamy's Australia said its first-half net profit plummeted 47 per cent to $7.236 million from $13.656 million in the year-earlier period.
Revenue in the six months ended December 31 rose 12.5 per cent to $118.297 million from $105.143 million a year ago.
Bellamy's said its first half EBIT fell 47.2 per cent to $10.105 million from $19.155 million.
It said it was not paying an interim divided; a year ago, it paid a 4.1c dividend.
At 1:10pm, Bellamy's shares traded down 2.7pc at $4.35; its shares have plunged 71 per cent since touching a 52-week high of $14.99 on August 24.
