The scoreboard and history are against Australia winning the fifth and final Test in an extraordinary Ashes series against England.

Australia will require heroics of a history-defying magnitude from the likes of batters David Warner, Usman Khawaja, Marnus Labuschagne, Steve Smith, Travis Head, Mitchell Marsh and Alex Carey to win.
