Communications Minister Paul Fletcher says there are no plans to partially privatise Australia Post as recommended by a secret BCG report that Christine Holgate says is at the heart of her falling out with the Morrison government.

Ms Holgate – who leaked excerpts of the $1.32 million report under privilege during her dramatic appearance at a Senate hearing on Tuesday – claims she was at loggerheads with Mr Fletcher over the report, which called for drastic cuts to jobs and services.
