Quadrant Private Equity loses control of Rockpool to private credit

Rockpool, Sake and a portfolio of restaurant brands owned by one of the country’s largest private equity firms have fallen into the hands of lenders, who have already replaced the company’s board and management.

Quadrant Private Equity is walking away from the hospitality empire which grew out of celebrity chef Neil Perry’s high-profile Sydney steak restaurant, handing the company, known as Pacific Hunter, to Metrics Credit Partners.
