Mismatch Brewing among four snapped up in $47m buyout

Mismatch Brewing and Hills Cider are among the four main entities being acquired by ASX-listed Mighty Craft in a $47 million buyout, which is set to lift the group’s revenues by almost 60 per cent and deliver more clout in a sector undergoing increasing consolidation.

Mighty Craft, which already operates brands including Jetty Road Brewing, Kangaroo Island Spirits and Slipstream Brewing, is buying a group which has craft beer operations, a cider company and a distillery, and owns 75 per cent of a hospitality venue in the Adelaide Hills known as Lot 100.
