A near 19,000 square metres of land in Sydney’s northern beaches, with potential to develop some freestanding accommodation next to The Forest pub at Frenchs Forest? Available. Or, in Victoria’s Chelsea Heights some 30 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, a 49,000 square metre site with development approval to build a supermarket next to a pub and a Dan Murphy’s store.
