Gridlock is good for Autobarn as sales surge

The owner of the Autobarn retail chain says sales continue to be very strong and the traffic gridlock in many cities points to a future of elevated car use.
Darryl Abotomey, chief executive of Bapcor, which owns the car part sellers Autobarn and Autopro as well as Burson, says demand is showing no sign of waning even as the reopening of domestic borders revives air travel.
