Adamantem to swoop on Boost Juice, Betty’s Burgers owner

Adamantem Capital has snapped up a majority stake in the Boost Juice and Betty’s Burgers chains in a deal valuing parent company Retail Zoo at around $350 million, becoming the third private owner in a decade.

Adamantem Capital’s Georgina Varley led the deal to buy Retail Zoo – the owner of Betty’s Burger. CEO Nishad Alani will remain running the business, which also owns Boost Juice.
