Xero claims on 'pathway' to profit as cash burn slows

Xero chief executive Rod Drury insists the company has heeded the concerns of investors and put itself on a "pathway to profitability", despite its loss jumping almost 19 per cent in the past year.

The online accounting software company is still chasing its maiden profit a decade after it listed, but has again posted big annual gains in subscriber numbers and revenue.
