Judge Salvatore Vasta has become the most convincing argument for a federal judicial commission.

Judge Vasta was excoriated this week for the unlawful imprisonment of a father of two during a property dispute in 2018, with Federal Court justice Michael Wigney awarding damages of $309,450.
