Russell Wilkinson is hardly your 20-something year old, sneaker-wearing, digital native. In fact, he's almost exactly the opposite. In his 50s, this Crowe Horwath international trade expert is on the frontline of the federal government's billion dollar bid to cut red tape for the nation's biggest exporters and importers.
And he's been called in by big freight forwarder Geodis Wilson to help it side-step digital annihilation, leading to widespread job losses in the transport and logistics sector.
