KPMG rules out split as revenue jumps to 16pc to $2b

The Australian boss of consulting giant KPMG says the firm’s record $2 billion in revenue last financial year reinforces that its business divisions are stronger together than apart, ruling out a split similar to that being considered by rival EY.

KPMG’s annual revenue and year-on-year growth of 16 per cent were firm records. Profitability also jumped by 8 per cent and partner incomes increased 1 per cent to be 14 per cent higher than before the pandemic.
