One of Australia's leading employment lawyers expects "disgruntled" staff at professional services firms to take legal action against their employers over COVID-19 cuts to their pay, hours and conditions.

George Haros, who helped secure an estimated $3 million payout for Israel Folau in his unfair dismissal battle with Rugby Australia, also tips there will be a lot of movement in the market as lawyers and accountants look for better deals.
