Boutique consulting firm Australian Strategy Partners will become the Australian branch of part of British-founded global firm OC&C Strategy Consultants from May amid continuing strong demand for advice from private equity and corporate clients.

The appetite for specialist strategy advice has meant the three partners of ASP, which is less than a year old, have already completed 20 due diligence projects for private equity clients and 14 strategy projects for corporate clients.
