EY’s global leaders are expected to provide 13,000 partners this week with the details of a plan to split the firm into an audit and a consulting business.
But a vote on the proposal will not happen until January at the latest, a move that could lead to the biggest shake-up in the global professional services and auditing market in more than two decades.
