CPA Australia accused of overpaying old guard directors

Two long-serving CPA directors have been accused of receiving more pay than allowed under CPA's own rules thanks to extra income from the accounting body's loss-making financial advice arm.
CPA paid directors Richard Petty and Michele Dolin were paid up to $70,000 more than they were entitled to receive under the body's constitution, according to dissident CPA member Andrew North.
