Boutique consulting firms continue to grow in strength and attractiveness as partners depart the once-ascendant big four firms for fast-growing, specialised outfits.

Rennie Advisory, which specialises in ESG and climate advice, has hired three partner-equivalent consultants from PwC strategy arm Strategy&, government spin-off Scyne and strategy firm Nous, in the latest raid on large consultancies battling a difficult market.
