Bentleys faces lawsuit over firing woman who alleged sexual assault

Accounting firm Bentleys NSW is facing legal action over its firing of a woman who failed to return to work after she alleged she was a victim of a sexual assault in the company’s Sydney office.

The woman, who The Australian Financial Review has chosen not to name for privacy reasons, launched a claim against Bentleys in the Federal Court of Australia this week seeking damages as well as an apology.
