Although the Australian fast-food industry has an annual turnover of $3 billion, 40% of Australians have never tasted pizza. The potential for growth offered by that figure never fails to light up the faces of the four Christou brothers when they think about it -- and they admit they think about it constantly.

The Christou family owns Pizza Haven, the only wholly Australian-owned company in the top 10 of fast-food operators. In May last year it was ranked by BRW as Australia's fastest-growing fast food chain, and put forward as the best franchise opportunity by the consultancy Franchise Developments.
