The bodies of two missing miners involved in an accident at MMG’s underground zinc mine near Mt Isa were found by search and rescue teams on Thursday afternoon.

While emergency teams had been hoping for a miracle and finding the miners alive, listed mining services company Perenti confirmed the two miners, 36-year-old Trevor Davis and 33-year-old Dylan Langridge, were dead.
