Clive Palmer's Mineralogy has won its long-running battle with estranged business partner Citic Pacific over a disputed royalty payment.
In a judgment delivered late on Friday, Justice Kenneth Martin of the Supreme Court of Western Australia said Citic's wholly-owned subsidiaries Sino Iron and Korean Steel must pay a total $US149.4 million ($196.2 million) in unpaid royalties to Mineralogy.
