A logistics giant has ticked off on its chief executive, Tracy Robinson, dating BHP boss Mike Henry while her company builds the railway to BHP’s $16.2 billion Jansen potash project in Canada.

Canadian National Railway directors cleared the romantic relationship between Ms Robinson and Mr Henry after assessing it in terms of potential corporate conflicts. The group said steps had been taken to guard against any potential issues arising around the mega project in Saskatchewan.
