Lawyers for billionaire mining heiress Angela Bennett have flagged grilling her brother  for up to four days in the witness stand over claims he is a victim of fraud.

Julian Wright is expected to start giving evidence this week in case where he has accused Ms Bennett and their now deceased brother Michael Wright of duping out of a share in what became the family's multi-billion dollar iron ore fortune.
