No one ever accused Trevor Kennedy of lacking courage. But he was old school. He never made much of it.

Kennedy, 79, died over the weekend after a career that encompassed at least four major reinventions of himself – he was in turn a journalist, a media executive, a public company director and finally a private businessman and art collector.
