Optus boss Lew mulls next content move, says video strategy paying off

Optus is considering entertainment and drama as the next pillar of its content strategy, building on its focus on European football and National Geographic, which chief executive Allen Lew says is helping win new customers and retain existing ones.

Mr Lew said the telecommunications company would not buy a huge array of diverse content; instead, it would focus on niche areas with high engagement.
