The consolidation of Australia's out-of-home advertising sector is ramping up as French giant JCDecaux's move for APN Outdoor could come to a head and oOh!media swooped on Adshel for $570 million over the weekend.

JCDecaux and APN Outdoor started engaging overnight on Friday, as revealed by The Australian Financial Review on Saturday morning.
