HT&E surges as radio ad market shows signs of life

Here, There & Everywhere chief executive Ciaran Davis says the radio advertising market will continue to improve following a period of "intensive cancellations" at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic because of what he believes was a misconception that radio listening would fall with fewer commuters.
HT&E reported a half-year loss of $59.3 million, compared with $13.3 million a year ago, due largely to $64.3 million of non-cash impairments against its Australian Radio Network and Hong Kong outdoor advertising business.
