HT&E keeps M&A options open, says radio audience up amid COVID-19
Here, There & Everywhere chairman Hamish McLennan has told shareholders his company's recent acquisition of a stake in outdoor advertising business oOh!media will give the radio business choices in a consolidating media sector.
HT&E splashed $15 million on a 4.2 per cent stake in oOh!media, to which it had sold its own outdoor advertising business Adshel in 2018 for $570 million in cash. On Thursday oOh!media had a market value of $600.7 million.
