V8 Supercars is poised to sign a new five-year agreement with Foxtel and Seven West Media as early as this week, in a deal which will see the motorsport return to the Kerry Stokes-controlled broadcaster for the first time since 2014.

The Australian Financial Review revealed in July that Seven was set to be the free-to-air home of Supercars once again after Network Ten pulled the pin on negotiations.
