Former Australian Broadcasting Corporation managing director Michelle Guthrie has become chairman of games developer Mighty Kingdom, which is eyeing an ASX listing in early 2021.

Mighty Kingdom has completed a $4 million pre-IPO fund raising which chief operating officer Tony Lawrence said was heavily over-subscribed.
