Cricket Australia has bowled up a truly 2020 sponsorship deal, with antiseptic and disinfectant brand Dettol taking its first sports sponsorship and locking in naming rights for four years of limited-overs cricket in Australia.

The partnership, covering the men's and women's one-day and Twenty20 internationals, will also see Cricket Australia and Dettol investigate germ transmission in sport as cricket adapts to the coronavirus pandemic. Sweat and saliva are commonly used to shine cricket balls during matches to make the ball swing or spin.
