Ben Roberts-Smith resigns from role at Seven Queensland

Ben Roberts-Smith has resigned from his role as Seven West Media’s general manager of Seven Queensland, a day after his emphatic defamation loss to Nine. His case had been funded by billionaire media mogul Kerry Stokes.

Seven chief executive James Warburton told staff in an email after 2pm that Roberts-Smith had offered his resignation and it had been accepted.
