McAleese's fate in the hands of minority investors at Melbourne vote

McAleese chief executive Mark Rowsthorn's grip on the transport group will be decided on Monday as minority shareholders gather in Melbourne to try and kick him off the board.
Shareholders will meet at midday to vote on a proposal by Queensland businessmen Tony Bosso and Gilberto Maggiolo, a McAleese non-executive director, to change the board and remove Mr Rowsthorn.
