Visy Industries scion Heloise Pratt is suing her billionaire ex-husband Alex Waislitz in a fight centred on their joint-owned business, fund manager Thorney Investments.
Ms Pratt and the family investment trust filed against her former husband on Monday in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
