Bubs’ former CEO alleges bullying, harassment

Bubs Australia former chief executive and co-founder Kristy Carr alleges she was bullied and harassed by non-executive director Steven Lin during the last two years she worked at the baby formula company.

Ms Carr and former executive chairman Dennis Lin are suing Bubs and its non-executive directors – Katrina Rathie, Steven Lin, Reg Weine and Paul Jensen – in the Victorian Federal Court over their removal alleging that the company has breached Fair Work rules, as revealed by The Australian Financial Review.
