The a2 Milk Company is facing a second class ation claim after Shine Lawyers filed a legal action against the baby formula and fresh milk maker in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
In early October a2 Milk was slapped with a first class action proceedings filed in the same court by Slater & Gordon Lawyers.
