Worley chairman rejects ‘greenwash’ claims

Worley investors have accused the engineering group of “greenwashing” by continuing to accept work on oil and gas projects while trumpeting its sustainability credentials.

Chairman John Grill was asked at its annual meeting on Wednesday why Worley made “a lot of noise about sustainability and climate” action while still providing engineering services to big energy companies including Chevron.
