An operations manager has left Transurban’s Brisbane office as the toll road group’s new executive management team tries to shake off claims it breached the Fair Work Act and centralise control over the company’s Australian operations.

Some of the six Fair Work claims filed in the Federal Circuit and Family Court relate to allegations that Brisbane-based employees were fired after an audit in November 2023 found they incorrectly entered leave days in a new payroll system.
