Transurban boss Michelle Jablko will slash 7 per cent of the workforce in a bid to reduce costs, becoming the latest in a string of infrastructure firms reducing headcount.
The job losses come after Jablko overhauled the company’s executive team last year, which led to some senior executives leaving. She succeeded Scott Charlton as CEO 18 months ago, but has yet to make any big acquisitions or new toll road deals.
